General Sales Manager
Morris owned Desert Radio Group in Palm Springs, CA is searching for a General Sales Manager. The successful applicant must be able to grow revenue in a non-growth market. Our stations are the big dog and we intend to make them bigger. Your role is to lead a group of the best sellers in the area to increase market share of revenue, create sales opportunities from our products and find ways to help your AE's achieve their goals. You need to be a high performer, efficient and results oriented. We need a strong leader, talented teacher/trainer and motivator. This is a high energy radio group and we are everywhere in our communities. You will be selling ads and sponsorships on 6 radio stations, a daily deals platform and a newly launched events company. You'll need a strong background in radio advertising, events and digital sales. We are looking for just the right fit for this group and will take our time to find the right leader.
