November 10, 2008 :Carter Broadcasting's Urban KPRS-FM/Kansas City, Gross Communications' Smooth Jazz WLOQ-FM/Orlando, Dittman Group's Top 40 WABB-FM/Mobile, and Capitol Broadcasting's AC WRAL-FM/Raleigh have signed on to use Emmis Interactive's BaseStation platform and its sales consulting services.
