CBS Radio, DG Syndicate Smerconish
NEW YORK -- January 7, 2009: CBS Radio and Dial Global have teamed up to syndicate The Michael Smerconish Program. Smerconish is currently heard from 6-9 a.m. on CBS Radio's WPHT-AM/Philadelphia and WFHS-AM/Washington, and, as of February 2, he'll be launching an additional live show from noon-2 p.m. ET.
Both shows will be syndicated nationwide, with Dial Global handling advertising and affiliate sales. Buckley's WOR/New York has signed up as the first affiliate for the afternoon show.
