L:Always enjoy your articles! Agree with you that everyone MUST have a social media strategy gameplan in place (absolutely a priority in today's radio world!). Broadcasters that don't have strategy and well thought out gameplans are like warriors that seek to do battle and be successful by not utilizing a tool that not only DRIVES tune in listening..and also is (pay attention GM's, CEO's and Sales Managers) a HUGE sales tool to leverage your station brand with.Kudos!
