To this day, I say Bruce was the best boss I ever had!
I had the pleasure of knowing and briefly working with Bruce in Jacksonville, FLA. He was and has always been a class act. I am fortunate to have had the opportunity to see him in action.
I don't know Bruce but just reading the article I want to!
There is no question that Bruce cares about the people who work with him.
I reported to Bruce for a number of years, and I can't think of a single time when we spoke, where his first question wasn't "How's the family?".
He knew that if my family was good, chances were pretty good that I was too.
Now, here's a guy who is so valuable, 2 weeks off a year is one week too long.
Great managers walking away.
This does not bode well.
Out of curiosity... To what did he say "No."...?
