Mel Says Radio Will Continue To Decline

I predicted this decline in an unpublished article I wrote in January of 2000, which I quoted as a panelist at the 2005 Mid-Year Radio Symposium--to the chagrin of the large group operators. My rmarks were quoted in R&R.
