I respected Derry and allways wanted to meet him i would send him interesting things that i had found on the internet and once in a while he would send me back a comment. I will miss him. I hope when i die i can meet him up in heaven and get to shake his hand. Love ya Derry!

I only know him from his radio broadcasts. He was a legend and did not mince words in expressing his opinions. I wish there were more broadcasters and journalists like him.
May God grant peace to his departed soul.

What a sad day for both Mo. and all Derrys listening audiance. I will miss his brand of humor and the way he could tell it like it is. I hope the family will conetinue in some way his show. I wish his wife all my sympathy and prayers. God bless
