(3/1/02) Hispanic Broadcasting Promotes Jack Hobbs To Senior Vice President And Director Of New Business Development, Network Sales and HBC Sales.
Hispanic Broadcasting Corp. announced the promotion of Jack Hobbs to senior vice president and director of new business development for network sales and the newly formed HBC Sales Integration Inc. ("HBCSi").
Hobbs had been vice president and general manager of HBC Radio Network since 1998. Prior to working at HBC, Hobbs worked at Univision, holding numerous positions there, including regional sales representative for the Northeast Region, spot account executive, network account executive, and national sales manager of the Southwest Region. Prior to joining Univision, from 1981 to 1983, Hobbs was a professional baseball pitcher for the Minnesota Twins and Seattle Mariners, both in the American League.
