(4/10/2001) Clear Channel Names Ed Krampf Market Manager in San Fran. He takes over for VP/Market Manager Doug Sterne and KABL, KIOI & KNEW VP/GM Joe Bayliss, who both resigned last week. Before jumping to L.A. to serve as KLAC's GM, Krampf spent 19 years in the Bay Area, serving as GM of KITS/S.F., KSFO & KYA/S.F. and KOFX/San Jose.
