Marathon Media Sells Tri Cities and Montana Stations to Clear Channel Communications
STATIONS: KORD-FM Richland, Washington
KTHK-FM Milton-Freewater, Oregon
KXRX-FM Walla Walla, Washington
Clear Channel Communications has purchased KFLD-AM & KEYW-FM Pasco, Washington; KBUL-AM, KCTR-FM, KKBR-FM and KBBB-FM Billings, Montana; KMHK-FM Hardin, Montana; KMMS-AM & FM, KXLB-FM KPRK-AM and KSCY-FM Bozeman, Montana; KBAZ-FM, KLCY-AM, KLYQ-AM and KYSS-FM Missoula, Montana; and KZIN-FM and KSEN-AM Shelby, Montana from Marathon Media for $30 million — $11 million for the Washington/Oregon properties, and $19 million for the Montana properties.
