RAB: Radio Revenues Dip Again In July

NEW YORK -- September 13, 2007: Local and national radio revenue combined for a 2 percent drop in July, the RAB reports, with local down by 1 percent and national off by 4 percent. Radio revenue overall feel by 1 percent, making July the third consecutive down month for radio.

Nonspot showed a gain of 6 percent, slowing somewhat after several consecutive months of double-digit gains.

RAB revenue figures are based on approximately 100 markets as reported by Miller Kaplan Arase & Co.
