ND Senator Says No To Sirius/XM Merge
Senator Byron Dorgan (D-ND), chairman of the Democratic Policy Committee and member of the Senate Commerce Committee and Appropriations Committee, sent a letter on Friday to Department of Justice Assistant Attorney General Thomas Barnett and FCC Chairman Kevin Martin, expressing his opposition to the proposed Sirius/XM merger.

Dorgan becomes the 81st lawmaker to express opposition to the merger. The NAB has furnished a list of those opposed:
