Today (6/12) is the day that Citadel closes its purchase of the ABC Radio Network and many of ABC’s radio stations.
As part of the $2.7 billion transaction – first announced in early 2006 – Citadel’s portfolio will now include such legendary outlets as WABC New York, WLS Chicago, KGO San Francisco and KABC Los Angeles.
