The price for the new entry-level Radiosophy HD100 digital radio receiver has dropped to $59.95 – after rebate – for a limited time.
“This is a great time for consumers to discover all of the new HD Radio channels in their communities,” said Bill Billings, VP of Technology for Radiosophy. “We are excited to offer a reasonably priced HD Radio receiver that will be available in late May.”
The HD100 features:
Line-in port which allows users to play MP3 and other audio devices through the radio speakers.
PAD (program associated data) displays song and author.
“Scan HD” allows the tuner to scan only for HD Radio stations in the listening area. As soon as the radio detects a digital station, an indicator light blinks until the receiver locks on that station.
“Scan all” lets users scan for both analog and HD Radio stations.
Alarm clock with all the common clock/radio function – alarm, snooze and sleep.
Preset up to five FM and five AM stations.
Headphone jack.
