Horine Named GM Of New Media For ESPN Radio & ESPN Deportes Radio Marc Horine has been named general manager of New Media for ESPN Radio and ESPN Deportes Radio. The announcement was made by John Kosner, SVP/general manager ESPN New Media. Horine will be responsible for the overall businesses of both ESPNRadio.com and ESPNDeportesRadio.com, including all editorial and design decisions, as well as sales.
Horine will also coordinate all digital audio distribution of ESPN Radio content for all existing and future platforms including iTunes.
"Marc has been an innovative force at ESPN.com," Kosner said. "His new position recognizes the great opportunities New Media has with audio, and our expanding partnership with ESPN Radio."
Horine said, "ESPN.com is the most recognizable and dynamic sports website on the Internet today. I look forward to growing this partnership and taking our digital audio/podcasting initiatives to the next level."
