WFUV/FM-New York appoints Dianne Harms Director/Membership Services.
Harms joins WFUV after a three-year stint as Development Director at Jazz Public Station KCCK/FM-Cedar Rapids, IA, where she was responsible for the station's overall fundraising through listener and corporate support.
In her new position, Harms is responsible for recruiting new station members and retaining current members through on-air membership drives, mail renewals and special member events.
WFUV GM Ralph Jennings noted, “Dianne brings fresh perspectives and keen fundraising and marketing skills to WFUV. We're happy to have her onboard and welcome her contributions.”
Harms added, “WFUV is an incredible station. To have the opportunity to be a part of it is simply an honor. WFUV has a superb, dedicated staff and a broad base of member supporters. It's a station whose time has come and I look forward to helping build on WFUV's successes as we go forward.”
WFUV is a non-commercial, member-supported Public Station, licensed to Fordham University for more than 50 years.
