Live365 Signs Agreement With Ronning Lipset Radio

Live365 formally announced an agreement with advertising representation company Ronning Lipset Radio.

The latter will exclusively represent the sale of Live365’s audio advertising inventory to traditional marketers wanting to harness the power of online radio.

Ronning Lipset Radio will refer all independent online radio broadcasters wishing to tap into their network to Live365 to be aggregated with the Live365 Network.

Audio spots will be sold through commercially viable stations in Live365’s online radio network, comprised of over 20,000 stations.

Live365 COO Rags Gupta said, “Online radio has matured into a medium with critical mass, unique programming and an attractive audience that can be targeted in much the same way that terrestrial radio ads are bought and sold. We’re very pleased to be working with Ronning Lipset Radio and the other leading online radio brands to combine our audiences into one sales network for the benefit of terrestrial radio buyers.”

Ronning Lipset Radio Principal Eric Ronning added, “Live365’s vast network of stations offers a unique opportunity for marketers to efficiently reach the desirable audience aggregated by Live365 and its independent broadcasters. We’re pleased to bring one of the most loyal and passionate audiences on the Web into our growing affiliate online radio network as we continue our mission of bringing big brand and traditional ad dollars into this exciting market.”

Live365 reaches 1.5 million listeners per month.
