AURN To Present Party And Panel At Hip Hop Conference
American Urban Radio Networks will host a “Salute To The Finalists” cocktail party at next month’s (8/6-8) annual Billboard/AURN R&B Hip Hop Conference & Awards.
Movers and shakers of the radio, records and retail industries are set to gather in Miami Beach for three days.
Artists scheduled to appear at the awards and conference include Moss Deep, Anthony Hamilton, Nappy Roots, Kanye West, Novel, Jackie O, Mystic, Midi Mafia, Little Brother, Dennis Da Menace, Brandy Moss-Scott, LaTocha Scott and Marianela Pereyra.
The AURN-sponsored “Let’s Get It On” radio panel will include AURN Director/Entertainment Programming Ron Atkins, WHUR-Washington, DC PD Dave Dickinson, J Records Senior National Director/Urban Promotion Stephanie Lopez, SoundCheck CEO Ken Spellman and WHQT/FM-Miami APD/MD Karen Vaughn.
The Billboard AURN R&B Hip Hop Awards Show is produced with support of the Miami Beach Visitors and Convention Authority.
