Tree Knocks WSPG-AM Off The Air

The ESPN affiliate in Spartanburg, South Carolina, is off the air after its tower came crashing down in a freak accident. Two people hired by a homeowner near the station were removing tree limbs when a tree landed on a wire supporting the tower. The wire was pulled from the ground, ripping with it the tower. Nobody was hurt and the station says it will be off the air for a few days.
