Katz's Mark Rosenthal To Co-Chair Forecast 2015
Radio Ink is pleased to announce that Mark Rosenthal, CEO of Katz Media Group, has agreed to serve as co-chair of Forecast 2015, November 19, in New York City. Radio Ink Publisher Eric Rhoads said, "Since taking over Katz, Mark has been heavily involved in the development and growth of our industry and has shown true leadership. Having his guidance on Forecast will help shape this year's program, which will have a strong advertiser focus."

Mark Rosenthal is a respected industry veteran who's worked with world-class brands for more than 25 years. He earlier spent nearly a decade as president and COO of Viacom's MTV networks, expanding the brand into films, consumer products, and digital as he oversaw ad sales, distribution, research, and all other areas of the organization -- which tripled its revenue during his tenure. He later served as chairman/CEO of Interpublic Media, part of leading agency organization Interpublic Group, and as vice chairman and media platforms for Spot Runner, where he led the development of the first end-to-end, open, Web-based electronic ad exchange for television. In 2009, Rosenthal became CEO of Al Gore's Current Media. He joined Katz as CEO of Katz Radio Group last year, and moved into his current post in March.
