Smerconish Leaving Radio For Satellite.

3-5-2013

The AP is reporting Smerconish will move his show to the POTUS channel on SiriusXM April 15. He tells the AP, "It gives me the opportunity to move away from an environment that, quite frankly, is not conducive to the type of program I'm offering. I don't do ideologically driven talk, I do content talk. I'm not on the air to carry anybody's water on a day-to-day basis." Smerconish went on to bash talk radio a little more.

"The only people I meet for whom the issues are hard left or hard right, the only people who see the world through ideological glasses, are those who have a microphone in front of them," he told AP. Smerconish is heard in over 80 markets.

Bwahahahaha! Here's the REAL scoop--his show was awful, he tried at least 3 different time slots and FAILED (not because of "message", but because of CONTENT and DELIVERY), and people saw right through his facade of "being a Republican".

Not going to be long until he crashes and burns there, too. Good riddance to a waste of 3 hours of airtime.

So, A bitter liberal pretending to be above all the labels. Yeah, people will be tuning in to hear that novel concept.

"Brazil: Tests Tech Before Implementation"

"After extensive testing of both HD Radio and DRM, the Secretary of the Ministry of Communications Electronic Communications, Genildo Lins, said the tests of the two technologies have had poor results, especially high-power FM. Results show a 112 KW EIRP analog station with a 1.12 KW digital carrier that is unusable 6 miles from the transmitter site in some areas."
