SummitMedia Pays $66.25 Million For 21 Cox Stations

According to documents filed with the FCC, SummitMedia (owned by David Dubose and Carl Parmer) will pay $66.25 million for 23 stations (and contract rights to WALJ-FM Birmingham) in five markets, Birmingham, Hawaii, Louisville, Greenville (S.C.) and Richmond.

The stations Cox is selling to SummitMedia are:
In Birmingham
WAGG-AM, WBHJ-FM, WBHK-FM, WENN-AM, WZZK-FM, WZNN-FM, WBPT-FM, and CMG’s contract rights for WALJ-FM
In Hawaii
KRTR-AM & FM, KPHW-FM, KCCN-FM, KINE-FM, and KKNE-AM
In Louisville
WRKA-FM, WVEZ-FM, WSFR-FM, and WQNU-FM
In Richmond
WHTI-FM, WKHK-FM, WKLR-FM, and WURV-FM
Greenville, S.C.
WJMZ-FM, WHZT-FM
