A federal judge has continued a hearing to help him decide whether to issue a temporary restraining order against former WJOX 94.5 FM (Cumulus) sports talk radio general manager Ryan Haney to prevent him from working for 97.3 FM The Zone (Cox). The hearing lasted for over an hour Tuesday and the issue will be back before U.S. District Court Judge David proctor again on Thursday at 10:30AM.
According to press reports in Birmingham, Cumulus claims Haney breached his contract and went across the street to work for Cox. Read more HERE about this latest battle between Cox and Cumulus.
