Carolla Being Sued by Former Producer

"The Wrap" reports that former producer, and now former friend, Donny Misraje says Carolla broke their partnership agreement and refused to pay him. The lawsuit, according to "The Wrap," says Misraje and Carolla were friends for more than 30 years and that Misraje encouraged Carolla to move his radio show to a podcast after CBS canceled the program in 2009. The two men partnered and Misraje was to get 30% ownership of the company, the lawsuit said.
