Another case that gets played out in the public and settled in private. The Tampa Bay Times reported that Cox and Todd Schnitt have agreed to settle their differences. Schnitt was suing both Cox and Bubba for defamation. The station Bubba was on at the time was owned by Cox (WHPT-FM). The terms of the settlement were not disclosed. This week jury selection continued in the Schnitt vs. Bubba defamation lawsuit.
