Cumulus Closes On WFME In New York City

Earlier this year, Cumulus announced it had agreed to purchase WFME from Family Stations for $40 million. Today the station officially closed and gets rolled into the Cumulus New York City cluster with WABC and WPLJ. Cumulus gave WDVY in Mt. Kisco to Family Stations in the deal. Media Venture Partners, LLC represented Family Stations in this transaction.
