Mark Reid Joins Lakes Media Network

Lakes Media Network has announced the appointment of Mark Reid to the newly created position of Oxford/South Hill NC-VA Regional Manager. Reid takes responsibility for WLUS-FM (Country “US 98.3”/Oxford), WKSK-FM (Classic Hits “Rewind 1019”/South Hill), WSHV AM-FM (Urban AC “967 WSHV/South Hill) and TV16/South Hill.

Mark is a Danville VA native who knows the area well and brings 25+ years of sales, programming and managerial broadcast experience to his new position. Mark’s ‘large/small market’ skill set uniquely qualifies him for this position.”
For the past 9 years, Reid has been First Media District Manager of the Beckley WV (Country WJLS-FM, Gospel WJLS-AM) and Lexington VA (Classic Hits WWZW-FM, Gospel WREL-AM) operations. Prior to that, his positions have included 4 years as General Sales Manager of Clear Channel's market-leading Country powerhouse WTQR/Greensboro and General and Sales Management positions with Cumulus and Beasley stations in Myrtle Beach SC and Greenville-New Bern NC
