Former Owner Arrested For Soliciting Prostitute

77-year-old Tony Welch is the former owner of WROD in Daytona Beach. The Daytona Beach News Journal is reporting that Welch offered an undercover policewoman $20 and said "I want everything." He didn't exactly get what he wanted. Police charged Welch with solicitation to commit prostitution and took him to jail. He posted $500 bail and was released.
