Equal Time Rule Sacks Former Superbowl Champ

The Chicago Tribune reports that former Chicago Bear Steve McMichael (pictured) is out at ESPN affiliate WMVP-AM. McMichael has filed to run for Mayor of Romeoville. Romeoville Mayor John Noak's attorney called the station to alert them the Mayor, also running, would be looking for equal time.
McMichael was a pregame analyst on the station.
