Salem Declares Q4 Dividend

Shareholders love to hear this news. Salem Communications announced that its Board of Directors has declared a dividend for the fourth quarter of 2012 in the amount of $0.035 per share of its Class A and Class B common stock. The cash dividend will be paid on December 28, 2012 to all common stockholders of record as of December 14, 2012.
