Pio Ferro New Beasley Miami PD

Ferro takes over for Jill Strada who recently left Power 96 (WPOW-FM) in Miami. Most recently, Ferro was CBS Radio’s VP of Hispanic Programming in Dallas. A Miami native, Ferro began his radio career began at WXDJ at 15. He moved up the ladder, serving as PD/Morning Talent at the Miami station. At age 20, Ferro moved to Los Angeles as PD and Afternoon Talent on KLVE, a position he held until 2000 when he became VP/National Program Director for SBS. Ferro’s first day on the job is Monday. He'll report to Joe Bell (one of Radio Ink's Top 50 Managers).
