Salem Host Swings For 32 Hours

Jocks will do some crazy things to get attention. And, KNUS-AM Denver's Steve Kelley is well-known for his crazy stunts. Kelley stayed on a swing for 32 hours, breaking the previous record, according to Guinness, of 31 hours. And he did it simply to encourage voters to get out and vote. The station says about 17,000 people passed by Kelley on his swing. His record-breaking stunt ended just as a Mitt Romney rally began close by.

The long-time local radio host is well known for the stunts he's done throughout his radio career, including sitting in every seat in the old and new Mile High Stadiums and pogo sticking from Boulder to Denver to raise over $3,000,000 for local charities in the Denver area.
