Cumulus Paying $40 Million For WFME

Last week we told you that Cumulus purchased WFME from Family Stations to add to its two stations in New York City. Today, the official document was filed with the FCC and the price for the facility is, as we speculated, $40 million. Cumulus also gives up WDVY in Mt. Kisco, New York, in the deal.

There is a provision in the contract that calls for another $8.5 to $10 million if WFME is moved to another location within the five boroughs of New York City. Read the entire FCC document HERE
