WTGP-FM owned by Grace Broadcasting Services, Inc. was traded to Forever Communications and Forever South Licenses in exchange for WTJW-FM and a payment of $525,000 at closing. Both stations serve the Jackson, Tennessee market. The exclusive broker on this transaction was Ed Henson of Henson Media.
WTGP-FM is licensed to Trenton, Tennessee and broadcasts on 97.9 mHz as a class C2 facility with 50,000 watts erp and a center of radiation of its antenna of 403.5 feet haat. WTJW-FM is licensed to Humboldt, Tennessee and broadcasts on 105.3 mHz as a class A facility with 4,700 watts erp and a center of radiation of its antenna of 312 feet haat.
