McDowell, Koenigsberg to Present at Urban Forum
FCC Commissioner Robert McDowell and Horizon Media CEO Bill Koenigsberg (pictured) will also make special presentations at the Urban Radio Forum September 27th in Washington, DC. Clifford Franklin, CEO of FUSE Advertising Agency, the African-American Advertising Agency handling the Obama Presidential Campaign, will deliver the keynote address. Kizart Media Partners is hosting the event n partnership with the National Association of Black Owned Broadcasters.
Ken Smikle, President of Target Market News, will serve as lead moderator for the panel discussions.
