Beasley Closes On Vegas FM

Beasley says it has finalized the acquisition of KOAS-FM in Las Vegas from GGB Las Vegas. An agreement to manage, with an option to purchase, both KOAS-FM and KVGS-FM was announced in May, 2010. With the KOAS-FM purchase now complete, Beasley Broadcast continues managing KVGS-FM and the option to purchase the station remains in effect.
