Saga Q2 Revenue Up Slightly

With Saga, the trend continues, TV did better than radio. The saga television properties were up 8 percent. Radio up only 1 percent. On his flat quarter, Saga CEO Ed Christian said, "I'm not disappointed. Revenue growth will come as the economy grows." Between his TV and radio stations, Saga took in $717,000 in political  revenue in the second quarter, $292,000 of that went to radio. With a presence in Ohio, Virginia, and Iowa, Christian said he expects spending to be very robust in the next two quarters but it's just too hard to predict because it comes in so fast.
