WXTB-FM Tampa Names James Howard PD

Howard previously programmed Rock 98 until November 2009 and returned as PD in May 2012. He'll remain in Clear Channel's Washington D.C./Baltimore cluster, serving as a “remote” PD for Tampa while continuing ast the PD for WWDC and WQSR in Baltimore.
Ty Bailey becomes the new assistant PD for 98 Rock. She comes from WWDC-FM in Washington, D.C. Her previous programming experience includes roles as Assistant Program Director and Music Director at WCHH in Baltimore and PD at WKRL and WKLL in Syracuse/Utica. Bailey will be based in Tampa.
