Buffalo Bills File Suit Against Cumulus
The Buffalo Bills have sued Cumulus for $1 million in "incentive rights fees" for the 2011 NFL season. According to the lawsuit, the incentive rights fee equals half the broadcaster's gross revenues from the sale of related programming or advertising in connection with any Bills game. Both Cumulus and Citadel are named in the suit. Cumulus will no longer carry the Bills games in Buffalo. Entercom picked up the games to run on WGR-AM.
