7 Tools For Managing Social Media

We all know that it is important for radio to be available to listeners on social media platforms.  It is “being there” for them in the new forms of social environment important because your listeners are spending time there.  Often lots of time.  After all, if you are not on platforms like Facebook and Twitter, listeners will find other things to replace you and you will lose critical opportunities to grow closer to important listeners and those they influence. 

If you’ve read anything I have written on social media, you know well that I suggest having a specific strategy to reach your goals.  If you don’t know where you are going, you often end up somewhere else.  These tools can help you manage your efforts, but it is also important to bring your team (no matter how small) together to understand your goals and work to bring everything together for your success in 2012.
