Home Depot, Verizon Spend Big Bucks on Radio.

According to the latest Media Monitors report for the week of February 21st, The Home Depot and Verizon made big Radio purchases shooting them up toward the top of the list of Radio spenders. The Home Depot moved from the number 11 spot up to number 3. And Verizon, no doubt touting its iPhone pickup, went from number 45 on the list to number 6. Geico remains the number one spender and Safelite number two. Rounding out the top 5 spenders were McDonalds at number 4 and The HD Digital Radio Alliance at number 5.

Geico continues its streak of #1 since last fall with 44,506 spots. Safelite ran 38,409 ads, The Home Depot ran 27,767,  McDonalds 24,865 and the HD Digital Radio Alliance had 21,654 spots.
