Jim Johnson Lands New Gig at WOMC-FM in Detroit

According to the Detroit Free Press Jim Johnson is joining WOMC-FM (104.3) starting today. Johnson will take the 9-3 shift for John Thomas who recently left the station. The paper says "Johnson is famed for several decades of barrel-voiced hosting on multiple Detroit rock stations, including WLLZ, WRIF-FM (101.1), and most recently WCSX-FM (94.7). He and then co-host Lynne Woodison were let go at that station in November 2008."
