CBS Announces Quarterly Dividend on the Company's Common stock of $.05 Per Share.

The CBS Board of Directors has approved a quarterly dividend on the Company's common stock of $.05 per share. The dividend is payable on April 1, 2011 to shareholders of record as of March 11, 2011.
