No More Magic in Dothan

Magic Broadcasting has entered into a series of agreements to divest its radio station holdings in the Dothan, AL radio market. The three agreements entail the following:
- The sale of WTVY (FM) and WKMX (FM) to Gulf South Communications, Inc.
- The sale of WJRL (FM) and WLDA (FM) to Southeast Alabama Broadcasters, LLC
- The sale of WBBK (FM) to Alabama Media Investments, LLC
Simultaneous with these transactions, Gulf South Communications has entered into a complementary transaction to sell two of its stations in the Dothan market, WDBT (FM) and WESP (FM) to Southeast Alabama Broadcasters, LLC. Media Venture Partners, LLC represented Magic Broadcasting, LLC in this transaction.
