UB Louisville Closes On WDRD-AM
January 31, 2011: UB Louisville, which has been LMA'ing WDRD-AM/Louisville since October of last year, closes on its purchase of the station from the Walt Disney Co.
The station, a former Radio Disney outlet, was flipped to ESPN Sports by UB Louisville chief Chad Boeger.
Bill Schutz of Schutz & Co. represented Disney in the $375,000 deal, while John Pierce & Co. was broker representing UB Louisville.
