ABC Radio Networks Adds More Huckabee
DALLAS -- March 9, 2009: ABC Radio Networks adds a third daily broadcast of the short-form "Huckabee Report," with former Arkansas Governor and onetime Republican presidential candidate Mike Huckabee. The feature adds a late-afternoon report to its early-morning and midday slots.
"We've been extremely pleased with the rapid growth and acceptance of 'The Huckabee Report' by our affiliates who are looking for even more Huckabee content," said ABCRN SVP/Programming & Distribution Carl Anderson. "Governor Huckabee is the consummate radio professional and has shown a willingness to go above and beyond for stations and advertisers. During his recent national book tour, he made meeting with general managers and program directors in our markets a regular part of his day. He is building a strong fan base with listeners and station executives alike."
The two-month-old "Huckabee Report" has more than 100 affiliates.
